Christmas Morning 2010

First of all can you believe that it will Two-Thousand Eleven soon??
Crazy. Remember when you were a kid and you were sure we would all be in flying cars by 2011?
Was that just me? Or you thought for sure Jesus would come get us all before 2011? Me, again?
Well, the blue raider is nothing close to a flying car but I am still holding out hope that my Jesus will come rescue us before I have ....*gasp* TeenAgers! :) 'They' should tell you that, you know, that your sweet little babies that are so lovely tucked into their adorable cribs will someday (soon) be teenagers. That way you can start praying now. :) When I hear a couple talking about having their first baby, I always feel like spilling the beans to them. One day a baby, next day (well, few days) a teenager. Aren't children precious? Really. I mean that. Really.

Oh gosh! I didn't mean to say all that. I was just going to post some Christmas Chaos pictures.
We had a really nice Christmas. We felt like we didn't do overkill on the gifts for the kids. They got plenty.
I will always have some fun memories from this year. Maddox trying to read his name on the packages. In his sweet spirit wondering if he had another one to open but not wanting to be greedy. He is such a sweetheart. Every time he opened a gift he would say, "I always wanted this."  And then Emma. She was SO very excited on Christmas morning. She sat in front of the tree looking at all the gifts saying, "This is awesome!"  And it was.

Here's a peek at our memories...

Tanner liked Emma's barking dog.

Tanner only got 2 gifts. And Emma ripped open his only wrapped one! Poor kid.

He told me this one had an 'X'. He really wanted it to be his.

Maddox's BatCave. His pride and joy. This toy is worth the money!
And I mostly never say that about toys!

Maddox was so sweet trying to figure out if the gifts were his or not. I told him this was from Halle, so he started to give it to her. And then I told him no, it was his and he liked that much better!

Tanner was just full of excitement! (not)

Tanner liked his Choo-Choo train from G'ma and Papa.
He also got a phone that he likes to pretend to talk on and he
really loves Emma Elefun game and Maddox Light Saber. (of course)

Emma got this Baby Alive and the one that eats/drinks and all that goes along with that!

Maddox loves this Mighty Beanz RaceTrack. I would recommend it for sure.

Tanner and his Grandma Diane
I hope you had a fabulously Merry Christmas!
Be back soon with some new layouts!
Did you put Christmas stuff away already?
Not me. Not yet.

These are our memories...
