kids craft area

I bought these ugly yet chunky frames at GW.
They have had a purpose just sitting in my garage,
but I just now found a minute to get to them.
I sprayed them white and put the kids art work inside.

This is the kids craft area tucked in the
corner of the dinning room. It needed
some pizazz and cuteness.
I love how it all turned out.
I like when my house looks like my family
lives here. (in a clean way)
Those little bowls are the ones the
kids made in Kindergarten art class.
So sweet! I love it.
The kids migrate to this area often.
I like when they are busy creating.
(or just cutting)
Emma and Tanner come here more
often than Maddox but he will sit here to
do homework, paint or work on a project I have for him.

This craft table will be around for a long while.
I will be on the look out for 2 more similar frames
so I can eventually frame everyone's creations!
I really, really, really hope the' littles' get to
make those cute little bowls too!
If not at school, I may have to figure out how
to do it here at home.

Do you have a kids craft area?
Do you want one?
Are you scared of the messes?
 Don't be.
In 20 years when your kids are gone, it won't matter
that they made a mess. You can paint over it or clean it up.
But you can't get them back.
I know!  I'm sorry. I don't like it either.
That's just the way it is.

For this moment is your life."
