Meredith loves sitting at the art table.
The amazing thing is that she is only ONE!
I have never seen a one year old SIT for so long.
Anytime I say, "Do you want to do colors?"
She heads right over there.
In the past I have left the paper, crayons and pencils out, but recently
she has been climbing so much and helping herself to everything, that
I put it all away for safety sake. Hers and the walls.
She colored all over the wall today with orange crayon.
It came off with magic eraser, but I would rather not do that again.
Another amazing thing is the way she holds the pencil!!
HOW does she know that already?!?!
Sometimes she picks it up in the fist grasp and then she
will intentionally readjust so that she his holding it correctly!
What in the world!!! She's a genius. That's all there is to it.
Amazing, really.
I so enjoy having her padding around her all day.
She's such a good girl.
When she's not writing on the walls.
