piano and softball

Emma had her 2nd piano recital.
Year 2 in the books.
She did great.

It was precious.
She said she was a little nervous.
She picked out a new sparkly dress to wear.

I don't usually buy sparkly dresses.
Glitter is now all over my couches, the van,
and the back pew at church. everywhere.

Her sweet friend and neighbor Gauri takes too.
She's fantastic at piano.
Emma can do the whole play two different things
with different hands including sharps and flats thingy.
I always wanted to play like that.
My granny always said if she could play piano,
she would put one in the middle of the living room
floor and play it all day. I agree. I would do that too.

I took some pictures of the kids before the recital.
Just because.
You know I take lots of pictures (and video) of my kids.
You should too.

This picture cracks me up!
I have the best kids in the world.
They are all so different.
It's hard to get Meredith in sometimes.
Especially on the cement steps.
yeah.

Softball season comes to an end. again. boo.
Emma's team, the Rockies, placed 2nd!
We are so proud of her.

She was proud of her trophy and her team.
We learned alot this season about softball and life,
had fun, and Emma got a big boost of confidence.
Successful season!

I love that little face.

Yay!! Rockies!!

I am trying to play catch up on the blog.
It's not working so great.
I have lots more to share and I was tempted to dump
it all in one long post but decided I wanted to spend
a minute on each subject.
More to come.
