This is usually the yard sale find posts. I did go yardsaling on Saturday morning before my shift at the YMCA, and I did find a few lovelies. Nothing too exciting. I can't show them too you because, well, they are still in Mark's car. Which is now at his office. So yeah.
We had a great Holiday weekend. We went swimming, spent some time with the family, and ate some delicious corn on the cob and peach cobbler! My favorites. The kids were super excited about buying their own fireworks this year, but in the end they spent most of the night in the house. Scared of the noise. I'm not fighting that fight.
I have literally been trying to finish this pathetic post for about 2 hours.
A talkative 5 yr. old, a very active 3 yr. old, a 9 month old crawler, and my strong type A clean freak personality are just about enough to push me over the edge most days. Especially this morning.
I am getting my hair cut today. I enjoy haircuts, because I like my hair short. Emma loves haircuts too. But the men in this family absolutely hate them. I don't get it. I have to force them to go.
I have only 3 short weeks left with my girl before she goes off to the land of Kindergarten....booooooo to kindergarten. Why do they have to go all day. seriously. She's 5. I would consider homeschooling her for just kindergarten if the boys were older.
We are planning a fun weekend for our kids coming up. We need to do more as a family. We haven't done many things with them this summer because it's harder with Tanner. Naps. Formula. Baby food. blah, blah.
But I feel like we need to spend some time with Emma, allowing her to experience some things before the big K. boooooo.
That's it for me today.
God is Good. I am noth.ing. without HIS mercy and grace and love and FORGIVENESS! I will be found 'not guilty'! Thank you Jesus.
Now they have woken up Tanner. So that's really it for me.

Aaaaak! I know I can't believe it's only (((3))) weeks! I just said that to Eddie last night and we both looked at each other like "how did we get here SO fast" I take it for granted sometime but you have to cherish e-v-e-r-y moment you get with them! I say booooo too! hee!
